Bonus Policy

Scope and Definitions

This Bonus Policy governs all promotional offers labeled as Bonuses on the Bacanaplay platform. A Bonus is promotional funds or free spins credited to your Bonus Balance and distinct from your Cash Balance. Wagering Requirements are the number of times the combined Bonus Balance and eligible deposits must be wagered before withdrawal of Bonus funds. Eligible Games are those listed in the current offer terms and, where specified, in these rules as contributing toward turnover; games not listed do not contribute.

Eligibility and Verification

Participation is limited to individuals who are at least the legal age to gamble in their jurisdiction and who are physically located within territories where Bacanaplay operates online gambling services. Bacanaplay reserves the right to perform identity proofing (KYC) and geolocation checks. Bonuses may be withheld or revoked if identity cannot be verified, if the location cannot be confirmed, or if multiple accounts or fraudulent activity are detected. If you are excluded by law from gambling or from accessing Bacanaplay, you may not participate in any bonus offers.

Claiming and Activation

Deposit bonuses must be claimed before playing on eligible games unless the offer is a no deposit bonus that is credited automatically. To receive a Deposit Bonus, make a qualifying deposit and activate the offer via the Promotions page. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the terms specify otherwise. Free spins are credited separately and are subject to their own wagering requirements and expiration.

Bonus Types

A Deposit Bonus is a percentage match on your qualifying deposit up to a stated cap. The exact rate, cap, and wagering condition are defined in the individual offer. For example, a typical offer may provide a 100 percent match up to a cap of 200 and a wagering requirement of 20 times the sum of the deposit and bonus. The bonus balance is used after your cash balance is exhausted for wagering on eligible games, unless the offer specifies otherwise. If you cancel a deposit or if you withdraw prior to completing turnover, the bonus may be forfeited.

No-Deposit Bonuses and Free Spins

No-deposit bonuses are awarded without a qualifying deposit and are often accompanied by a wagering requirement. Free spins are issued to the Free Spins balance and are subject to their own wagering rules and expiration. Winnings from bonuses and free spins are generally constrained by the wagering requirements and may be capped.

Cashback and Other Promotions

Certain offers provide cashback or other promotions that may be credited as Bonus Balance or revert to real money upon fulfillment of wagering. The turnover and withdrawal conditions for such promotions are specified in the offer terms and apply in addition to the general rules herein.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

Wagering requirements apply to the Bonus Balance and any eligible deposit. The standard turnover rule is the product of the promoted multiplier and the combined amount of deposit plus bonus. For example, with a 20x turnover on a 50 deposit and a 50 bonus, the total turnover required is 2,000. Each game contributes toward turnover at rates defined in the offer terms; common patterns include:

• Slots and other RNG based games: 50 percent of a wager counted toward turnover.
• Roulette variants and table games: 25 percent of a wager counted toward turnover.
• Some games such as live casino or sportsbook bets: contribution rates and eligibility are stated per offer and may be restricted or excluded.
• Wagers that do not contribute to turnover include drawn or voided bets, cancelled wagers, bets on two opposing sides in the same round, or bets below the minimum stake as defined in the offer.

Only bets and wagers that generate a valid game result contribute toward turnover. The operator reserves the right to specify additional exclusions or conditions in any offer and to adjust contributions at its sole discretion.

Expiry and Forfeiture

Bonuses and any resulting winnings must be wagered within the period stated in the offer terms, typically 14 to 30 days. If turnover is not completed within the allotted time, the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. In some cases, the ability to withdraw may be reviewed and adjusted if turnover remains incomplete after the expiry.

Bonus Abuse and Compliance

The use of strategies or practices intended to exploit bonuses or to circumvent wagering requirements is prohibited. Examples of prohibited conduct include delaying game rounds to meet conditions, using multiple accounts or betting patterns to exploit promotions, or any automated or programmatic manipulation. Bacanaplay may confiscate bonus funds and winnings and suspend or close accounts found to be abusing bonuses. If a player is identified as a bonus abuser or hunter, future bonuses may be disabled.

Withdrawals of Bonus Winnings

Withdrawals may be requested only after the wagering requirements have been satisfied. When eligible, a withdrawal will draw against your Cash Balance first and, thereafter, any remaining Bonus Balance in accordance with the terms. In all cases, Bacanaplay reserves the right to verify identity and payment details before processing withdrawals.

Changes to Terms and Promotions

Bacanaplay reserves the right to amend or cancel any bonus offer or the terms governing it at any time without prior notice. If changes are made, players will be informed via the platform. It is the player's responsibility to review current terms prior to accepting a bonus offer.

Responsible Gambling and Compliance

Players must comply with responsible gambling obligations and set personal limits where offered. If gambling becomes problematic, players should seek help, use self-exclusion options, or contact support for assistance. Participation in bonuses is subject to local laws and licensing requirements; players must ensure that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction and that they are eligible to participate.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bacanaplay operates. Any dispute arising from bonus offers shall be resolved in the competent courts serving the operator's licensed location or through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as offered by Bacanaplay.

Language and Version Control

The English version of these Bonus Terms governs and prevails in case of any inconsistency with translations. Bacanaplay may provide translations for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the English text shall prevail.
